Season's Greetings from the Christmas Ferret

I've been updating bits of the site over the week. Not much to be honest, but bits here and there.

I have nothing to write about. Since I last blogged I've been in school and work. Work has left me bitter about Christmas. I work in a card shop, so I've been in the past two days swapping the old cards for the new Christmas cards and let me tell you - it's more tedious than it sounds. Some of the cards aren't that bad really, some of them are actually quite nice but some of them are bizarre.
One of them depicts a beautiful winter scene complete with snowflakes, a happy robin...a watering can.....and a ferret.
See, all this time we've got it wrong using reindeers and robins when actually we should be using ferrets. I can see it now, a tiny team of ferrets ploughing through the winter snow to deliver toys to smiling children...
Maybe I'm toying with this ferret thing too much, but it is bizarre. You never know though, maybe it'll become a trend.
I'd love to see that
Hmmm, seems like I contridicted myself again. I apprently did have something to write about - albeit ferrets in watering cans.

I've been gone for an age.
I'm so sorry. I was busy during summer and then when I got back to school I just lost all inspiration. I have been wanting to update, but I never seemed to have the time.
But last week I got fed up of just sitting here doing nothing, so I decided to update! I was going to use this header for my IT project, but I wrote Stereo Mix on it and it just seemed to go. I also added a Photoshop brush set based on Fractals.
I've got a lot better with the pen tool too, so more brushes should be coming.
School's going well. In Graphics we can choose a project, either corporate or architectural. I did corporate last year, so this year I'm doing architectural - so I have to design a building. I chose to design a recording studio, and the amount of though that goes into building a studio is mind-blowing. I've learnt loads about sound though, the physics behind it and stuff. It's great preparation for when I (hopefully!) go to S.A.E in January. I really want to get into sound tech-ing. I love my lightdesk, but sound is also fun
Right, well hopefully this isn't the last you'll be seeing of me because I really miss updating. I really need to put some myspace layouts up soon, that section really needs some attention...
By the way, I put a SPAM protector on the comment form, so when you post a comment it says it won't go through, but if you leave it for a minute it will.
